01 · Sound familiar?

The problems nobody puts on their slide decks.

These are the sentences heard in real marketing teams every week. Each one has a fix — and a fixed-price package behind it.

“Sales says our MQLs are junk.”

Default lead scoring treats every click the same. No decay, no negative scoring — so sales stops trusting the queue.

“Our emails suddenly land in spam.”

Deliverability rarely breaks overnight. It erodes — through list imports, missing authentication and setup shortcuts.

“We have 4,000 sync errors and no idea if it matters.”

It matters. Sync failures silently corrupt reporting, automations and every handover to sales.

“We bought the platform. Nobody really knows how to use it.”

A 2–4 month learning curve and confusing docs are normal. Staying stuck in first gear is not.

“Pardot? MCAE? Marketing Cloud Next? What do we actually need?”

Four overlapping product names confuse even consultants. A short clarity workshop ends the guessing.

“We’re supposed to ‘do AI’ now — where do we even start?”

Salesforce’s State of Marketing report puts it plainly: 83% of marketers say customers now expect two-way conversations — and 69% can’t respond fast enough. A small, well-scoped Agentforce pilot beats a big AI strategy deck.

02 · What audits actually find

The same four problems, in almost every org.

The brands behind this work sit under previous consulting roles — you’ll find them on the industry pages. What I can show you here is the pattern: the issues that show up again and again in Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud orgs, and what they cost.

4,000+

Sync errors sitting unresolved in a typical inherited org — silently corrupting reporting and every hand-off to sales.

0

Orgs I have audited that had score decay configured out of the box. Default scoring treats a click from 2023 like a click from today.

1 of 3

Authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) typically missing or misconfigured when open rates “suddenly” drop.

2–4 months

How long teams usually run on a platform before admitting nobody was trained on it.

Findings are drawn from platform audits and published Salesforce guidance, not from a single client. Your org may be healthier — the Health Check tells you which of these apply.

03 · Free tools

Answer three minutes of questions. Get a straight answer.

No form, no email gate, no “a consultant will contact you”. Three self-service checks that tell you where you stand — the same questions the first call would start with.

Product Finder

Marketing Cloud Next, Account Engagement or neither? Eight questions map your org to the right product — including “stay where you are”.

Health Check

Score your current Account Engagement setup across scoring, sync, deliverability and consent. See which of the four usual problems you have.

Migration Check

Thinking about Marketing Cloud Next? Find out whether you are ready, what would break, and what to fix before you commit.

05 · Where I stand

Making Salesforce work usually beats moving off it

Several of the best-known Pardot consultancies are now HubSpot partners, and their advice increasingly points one way: migrate. Sometimes that is the right call. It is not usually the right call — and it is never the right call before you have found out whether your problem is the platform or the way it was configured.

Your CRM is the point

If your sales team lives in Salesforce, marketing data sitting one connector away is a permanent tax — sync errors, field mismatches, reporting that never quite reconciles. Native beats integrated.

Most frustration is configuration

Default scoring nobody tuned. A sync backlog nobody monitors. Authentication nobody finished. All fixable in weeks, and none of it a reason to change platform.

I have no migration to sell you

I work on two Salesforce products and nothing else. If the honest answer is that you should leave, I will tell you — and I will not be the one billing for the move.

06 · Packages & pricing

Productized packages. No open-ended consulting.

Three rungs, each one fixed scope and fixed price. You start at the bottom on something small enough to be low risk, and you only climb if the last step actually paid off. There is no annual retainer at the entry point and no minimum term anywhere.

Tier 1

Quick Wins

1–2 week fixed-price packages that solve one painful thing — audits, sync rescues, deliverability tune-ups.

from €950 · 1–2 weeks

Tier 2

Projects

4–12 week builds: scoring rebuilds, quickstarts, Agentforce pilots and migration roadmaps.

fixed price per scope · 4–12 weeks

Tier 3

Partnership

Ongoing capacity: fractional marketing ops, campaign production and team enablement.

07 · The process

From first call to running system.

Four steps, no surprises. Most engagements start with a fixed-price Quick Win so we can find out how we work together before anything big is at stake.

01

Discover

A free 30-minute call. You describe the symptom, I ask the questions that separate cause from noise. No deck.

02

Scope

A written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. You take it to your stakeholders; nothing starts until you say yes.

03

Build

Hands-on work in your org, in short visible iterations. You see progress where it matters, not in status reports.

04

Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough and the decisions written down — so your team owns it whether or not I stay involved.

08 · Why MWCS

Specialist depth. Freelancer speed.

Salesforce is rebuilding marketing for the age of AI agents. MWCS works exactly at that edge — so you get current platform knowledge, not legacy playbooks.

Focused, not full-stack

Two platforms, done properly. No “we also do websites and SEO” dilution.

Direct line, no overhead

You work with the person doing the work — no account managers, no hand-offs, no agency margin.

Built for the agentic era

Marketing Cloud Next is new for everyone. MWCS invests in it daily, so you don’t have to learn it the hard way.

Honest scoping

If something doesn’t need building, you’ll hear it. Clear estimates, clear deliverables, no surprises.

09 · Insights

Notes from the engine room.

Practical writing on the platform shift — what changed, what it means, and what to do about it. No vendor cheerleading.

Marketing Cloud Next in plain English

Not an upgrade — a different foundation. What Data Cloud, Flow and native AI mean for your roadmap.

Journey Builder or Marketing Flow?

Flow does not replace Journey Builder — it sits above it. How to run both without two competing brains.

Agentforce agents: what they actually do

Which use cases are ready today, where agents are the wrong answer, and how to pilot one safely.

Michael Wiens, founder of MWCS

Talk to the person who does the work.

I’m Michael Wiens. MWCS is deliberately just me: the person on your first call is the person who audits the org, rebuilds the scoring and hands it back documented. No account manager, no junior learning on your budget.

Bring your messiest Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next org. Thirty minutes, no slides — you’ll leave with an honest read on what’s broken, what it takes to fix, and whether it’s worth doing at all.

Not sure where to start?

Send a message about your org — the first call is free. No pitch deck, just a conversation.
